S&T AG: Supervisory Board appoints new IoT COO

The Supervisory Board of the technology group S&T (http://group.kontron.com, ISIN AT0000A0E9W5, WKN A0X9EJ, SANT) has appointed Mr. DI Michael Riegert as Chief Operating Officer, for the IoT Solutions Europe segment, as successor to Mr. Carlos Queiroz, effective January 1, 2022. Mr. DI Michael Riegert has worked as an engineer and manager in the embedded hardware and software sector for more than 25 years and most recently served as Managing Director of Kontron Transportation GmbH. He succeeds Mr. Carlos Queiroz, whose Executive Board contract expired on December 31st, 2021 and who is now retiring as planned.

I am pleased that we have found an equally competent successor in Mr. DI Michael Riegert, who has already been a member of the S&T Extended Management Board, and I would like to welcome him to the S&T Executive Board.”
